In 2015, I made a decision to meditate everyday and this was the most transformational decision I’ve made, so much so I insist that all of my clients have their own ‘tuning in’ practice as I know the results of coaching go so much deeper when they do.
Coaching is a 200% relationship, I expect my clients to turn up just as I do – 100 % committed to change, transformation and elevation.
Here’s why I meditate daily :

1. It calms my nervous system making me less prone to stress, self sacrifice and ‘doing’ all the time. ⠀

2. It enables me to get out of my head and into my body, feeling more and thinking less. ⠀
3. It allows me to be present in the moment and enjoy the now. Who cares about tomorrow…⠀

4. It allows me to go from my Beta, analysing brain to my Alpha, relaxed brain which means I can access my subconscious thoughts & beliefs that are not serving me. ⠀

5. I’m able to get all 3 brains in coherence and alignment to make decisions quickly and intuitively ie. from the heart & gut too which are proven neural networks.

6. It makes me more tolerant and less irritated or bothered by others. I care much less about what other people do or don’t do….⠀

7. I receive divine downloads, inspiration and clarity – so I can do less to achieve more. ⠀
