An invitation to join me a 3 hour intensive coaching session with lunch at a special location. 

(Timings to be agreed but usually between 10.30am to 1.30pm)

During the day together, we will experience a combination of meeting at a boutique style co-work space to set the day’s intentions and during the summer onto a secret garden for a picnic lunch during which we continue to add depth and insights to your intentions for the day. 

You'll leave the day feeling refreshed, with clarity on your next steps, insights on the big questions and nourished by nature, lunch and in depth support. 

Each picnic and coaching day with me is bespoke so please ask if you have any requests.
