What you can expect ?
1:1 x 3 hours intensive coaching session with me.
Celebration Lunch with fizz or summer cocktail.
Afternoon Spa Access with 30 minute treatment.
After an intense coaching session with me, you'll be left to marinate for an afternoon at the Spa in all we've discussed and excavated during your session.
Expect deep work, a well deserved indulgence after our session and a space to fully digest your genius.
Note once the deposit is paid, we will arrange a date at a mutually convenient time for you and the spa itself. Two spa locations available, one in central Brighton and one with parking outside of the city.
